Company policy
The formulation of a Policy confirms that "Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Protection" are integral parts of the cultural heritage of Teco personnel.
The quality of services is a primary value that we intend to pursue through:
- the pursuit of excellence in the preparation and professional performance of our collaborators
- understand and fully meet the needs and expectations of the Customers
- provide objective evidence, with data recording, of the quality of our services
- compliance with legal, technical, contractual regulations and the principles of the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard
- the provision of training, updating and structured and continuous training to our collaborators
The protection of the environment and the health and safety of workers is a primary value that we are committed to pursuing through:
- the adoption of measures for the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases
- the continuous improvement of policies, programmes and services relating to the environment and the safety of workers, taking into account technical progress and the needs of the community
- compliance with all applicable compliance obligations, environmental protection standards, safety and health of workers and the principles of UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 and UNI ISO 45001: 2018
- pollution prevention by reducing waste production and, where possible, committing to recovery and recycling
- conducting our business responsibly and efficiently managing energy and natural resources, including reusing or recovering resources where possible
- the training/information of our employees and collaborators and the constant call to the development of internal communication, consultation and participation of the same (starting from the Workers' Safety Representative), in the belief that real protection of the environment and concrete safety and health of workers is only possible with the help of every employee
- dialogue and cooperation with the public, the competent authorities about the actions we take or to be taken to protect the environment and to protect safety and health at work
Our work project provides, for the future, the development of Teco to maintain a leadership position at the territorial level, in the field of consultancy and monitoring services in the field of safety, hygiene at work, environmental investigations and controls and provision of training activities.
At the same time, it plans to minimize and control the environmental impact of new activities and business processes, choosing, in the phase of projects, the most painless solutions for the environment, as economical.
